I like most of the casting choices, but I would switch Hemsworth and Cavill, as well as Hiddleston and Hardy. Also, Christie is a tall, imposing woman, which I’m not sure suits the mold of the Blood Elves…I’d cast her as Moira Thaurissan (yes, I know, not a tall character, but that didn’t stop John Rhys-Davies either), and put Evangeline Lilly as Lady Liadrin. And since you didn’t include Tyrande, I nominate Liv Tyler.
So basically they want to cast the avengers as warcraft characters. Also wtf timeline are they going for here? This movie would either the most confusing with all the time skips Or just be a complete bastardization of the lore. Seriously, who the hell made this list have you even ever read a Warcraft novel or even played the game for that matter?
@Sooootheavengers?, Amen lol. It’s like someone typed in “Most famous Warcraft characters” and had a go of the names listed with the AI. This how how we end up with Topher Grace as Eddie Brock. Malfurion they literally just have a photo of Middleton as Loki and put antlers on him.
I suspect the people choosing this cast don’t actually play the game or read the books. Hemsworth as Anduin Wrynn in BFA+ makes more sense maybe, but he’s likely too old for that role. Baine Bloodhoof, Go’el, Malfurion, and Voljin are unrecognizable here.
I would love to see this movie!!!
