Gloria Victis Update 360 Unveils New Guild Event: Foreign Technology and Provides Sneak Peek into Future Features

Gloria Victis developers have unveiled a wealth of fresh content in the form of Update 360. A central feature is a brand new guild event, “Foreign Technology”, set to accelerate guilds’ technology experience. This exciting update is accompanied by sneak peeks into future developments, sparking anticipation amongst players.

The centerpiece of the update, Foreign Technology, enables guilds to boost their Guild Technology Experience. Guided by a Caravan Spy, players venture to event locations, battling through NPCs and enemy nations to gather “Guild Technology Packs”. These valuable resources, once delivered to a Scribe in any Loot Zone castle, reward the guild with an experience surge.

Furthermore, a new Guild Technology, Caravan Brigand, has been introduced. This technology boosts the number of tokens guilds can earn during the Foreign Technology event. With five levels, each awards an increasingly higher number of tokens, escalating from one token at Level 1 to eight tokens at Level 5.

In addition to new guild-focused content, a Crafting Experience Boost Card has been added to the Glory and Supporter Shops. This latest offering allows players to expedite the leveling of their crafting skills, with two available options boosting experience by 30% or 50%.

Peering into the near future, the developers are hard at work enhancing game aspects like resource gathering balance, castle sieges, and guild banners. Siege improvements include the introduction of houses and huts that spawn additional guards, ramping up the strategy for attackers. Ladders will be added to sieges, allowing players to breach walls without roofs.

Meanwhile, long-awaited Guild Banners are close to being implemented. Banners will serve multiple purposes, from reward for guild activity to the cornerstone of various game events. They will provide buffs for nearby allies and can be placed on the ground during combat.

The Gloria Victis team continues to engage with the community through video sharing and encourages players to join discussions on upcoming changes via the Steam forums and the official Discord channel.

In a nod to quality of life enhancements, various events will now boost guild activity percentages. Crafting quest boards on Capital islands will yield reduced gold and experience, and several bugs related to cooking, herbalism experience, and resource positions have been resolved.
