Jandisoft Introduces Pet System in Mad World: Age of Darkness

Jandisoft, the developers behind the highly anticipated MMORPG Mad World: Age of Darkness, recently released a new dev blog introducing the game’s pet system. In a world where trust is hard to come by and murder and betrayal are commonplace, the pet system adds a touch of hope and companionship for players.

Pets in Mad World are not just cute and cuddly companions; they are also useful for transportation and fighting in battles. Players can obtain pets by drawing them with gold or purchasing a “High-rank Life Egg” from the BM store. Depending on their ranks, pets will become fully grown after passing their infant stage, which can be achieved by completing quests.

All pets have skills, which are composed of six categories, including damage, buff, and enemy status change. Players can change their pet’s skills using gold, but they cannot have two damage skills simultaneously.

Players can take care of their pets by playing with them, petting them, and feeding them. A “Growth Log” has also been added, allowing players to refer back to their pet-raising journey and receive small rewards.

The pet battle system will not be available during the game’s official launch but will be added through future updates.

Jandisoft hopes that the pet system in Mad World will provide players with a sense of hope and companionship in a world where trust is scarce. The developers urge players to keep in mind that the information shared in the dev log is based on the test-server and may change when the official game is launched.

Mad World: Age of Darkness is expected to launch in the near future, and players can look forward to exploring a dark and maddened world full of mysteries and challenges.
