Lost Ark is Adding a New European Region: Amazon and Smilegate Working on Bugs and Issues

Lost Ark, the newly released popular MMORPG, is set to receive a new region in Europe. This news comes as Lost Ark deals with massive player numbers and various other issues, after the game hit over 1.3M concurrent players on its launch weekend. Amazon and Smilegate are currently working on stability issues, missing content, and issues with a select group of characters on the Galutar server.

The biggest issue so far though has been the queues in the European region, and the developers are now working around the clock to set up a whole new server region in Europe.

We’re blown away by the number of players that have joined us in Lost Ark since our launch on Friday. Arkesia is filled to the brim with eager players, so we’re working as quickly as possible to set up an entirely new region of servers in Europe. Due to the game’s architecture this is the only way to accommodate more players in Europe so it’s a joint effort between Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG. Rest assured we are working 24/7 until it’s live.

Lost Ark was so hot before that I couldn't get in after an hour of queue, now it's great to have a new server, finally no more queues, I'll get a lot of Lost Ark Gold from MMOWTS to focus on building me The powerful Deathblade.
