RuneScape’s Fort Forinthry Season Culminates with Dead and Buried Quest
RuneScape’s Fort Forinthry Season reaches a thrilling conclusion as its final update, the Dead and Buried quest, launches today. Gamers can look forward to an action-packed adventure, joining forces with the well-loved character, The Raptor, as they face off against legions of undead led by the wicked necromancer, Zemouregal. This latest addition brings classic RuneScape-style gameplay, filled with intense combat, thought-provoking puzzles, and grand showdowns—all lit by the flickering light of torches.
The unfolding narrative sees players follow Zemouregal, who disappeared behind a mysterious dragonkin door located in the newly discovered Wilderness Crypt. Gamers will delve deep into the dungeon beneath the Wilderness, preparing to face off against Zemouregal, with this adventure serving as a precursor to the upcoming launch of Necromancy in August.
However, the adventure in the Wilderness Crypt is not the only update coming with Dead and Buried. Players must fortify their unoccupied Fort Forinthry during their absence. To do this, the game introduces a new Fletching building called the Ranger’s Workroom. Here, players can hone their Fletching skills and gain powerful XP boosts. Using the Ranger’s Workroom unlocks one of the four Wisdom of Anima perks, empowering players to create the most potent versions of Elder God Arrows.
The successful completion of the Dead and Buried quest rewards players with a quest point, a pair of XP lamps, two Treasure Hunter keys, and full access to all three tiers of the Fort Forinthry Ranger’s Workroom.
However, it’s essential to note that Fort Forinthry: Dead and Buried is members-only content. More information is available on the official RuneScape website.
