As a part of the ongoing Dungeon Boost Event going on in Aion at the moment, Aion is letting players boost one character to level 80.
The boost can be used on new characters, the only requirement is that you have a character in your account which is at least level 10, which takes less than an hour to get to.
Fresh level 80 characters will then be able to join in the Dungeon Boost Event which offers increased rewards from dungeons. The event lasts through April 7th.
