Albion Online players can now log in an experience the Knightfall patch. This major update brings a host of new features and improvements to the popular MMORPG game, including new items, traders, and standing, as well as major quality-of-life improvements.
Perhaps the most exciting addition with the Knightfall patch is the expansion and improvement of the Mists, offering players of all levels a chance at big rewards. New treasures, caches, and dungeons await brave adventurers who dare to enter this mysterious realm. The Mists also offer powerful buffs that players can use to their advantage, especially when facing other adventurers and former residents of the dungeon.
In addition to the improvements in the Mists, Knightfall also brings new items and crafting components, along with a new trader named Eralia Wayfarer, who will trade with adventurers with sufficient standing. New Avalonian and Brecilien Capes offer unique defensive capabilities, while Mystic Owl mounts allow players to move swiftly through the world.
Aside from these new features, the Knightfall patch also brings major quality-of-life improvements to the game, including extensive combat balance changes, an optional WASD movement system, the ability to change characters’ gender for Gold, a new “Travel Mode” that offers a transparent map overlay while traveling, and the ability to repair items directly via the Marketplace UI.
Albion Online players can now enjoy these new features and improvements, and to celebrate the launch of the Knightfall patch, the game is offering double Twitch Drops from May 8-15.
