RuneScape Continues Gielinor Glow-Up with Graphical Area Updates in Latest Game Update

In this week’s RuneScape update, the Gielinor glow-up continues with more graphical updates to various areas in the game. From Karamja to Crandor, and from Burthorpe to Taverley, the environment team has been hard at work sprucing up these locations. Mudskipper Point, Southern Asgarnia, Lumbridge Swamp, Catherby, and some minor tweaks to Draynor and Port Sarim were also given a fresh coat of paint.

Players are encouraged to suggest areas that could benefit from a graphical update, as the team continues to improve the visual standard of the game.

In other news, the Forinthry Frontier Yak Track has been extended until June 11th. Many players have found the rewards and challenges on the track to be a bit daunting, and the extension will give them more time to earn and progress through the track.

Additionally, the Treasure Hunter Calendar continues with the Looting Range event, where players can aim and shoot to win the Woodland Archer’s Outfit and the Ranger Roll Walk Override.

In the patch notes, there have been updates to Sonic Wave and Greater Sonic Wave abilities, as well as the addition of the override Azure Swiftness to the Greater Death’s Swiftness ability. The Forinthry Royal Knight Outfit has also received a graphical fix, and Pirate-themed cosmetic item unlock tokens that were re-released with Frank’s Free Chest can now be purchased on the Grand Exchange by Ironmen.
