Tower of Fantasy has announced that it will be merging some servers in batches to provide a better gaming experience for players. The first batch of server mergers will take place on April 17th, and players are advised to stay tuned for future official announcements regarding subsequent batches.
The server merger process will require shutting down the server while the operation is performed. However, servers that are not on the list of merged servers will not be affected.
To compensate players for any inconvenience caused during the server merge process, Tower of Fantasy will offer 300 dark crystals to those who reach Wanderer Lv. 6 before the maintenance during the Server Merge. The compensation will be delivered via mail within 2 hours after the maintenance.
During the maintenance period, which is scheduled to take place from 2023/4/17 06:00–09:00 (UTC+0), players will not be able to log in to the game. Tower of Fantasy recommends that players log off 15 minutes before the update commences and avoid making purchases 5 minutes before the server is down to avoid any possible issues or losses of in-game properties.
Players are not required to take any action during the Server Merge. Technicians from Tower of Fantasy will reopen the server once all game data has been verified to be accurate.
If players discover any discrepancies in their game data after the merge, they are advised to get in touch with customer service, and the team will verify it for them.
Tower of Fantasy has also released a list of servers to be merged in each region. The data on servers within the same region will be merged after the maintenance. The list includes servers from North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia.
