Tower of Fantasy’s Ver. 2.5 update introduces the highly anticipated Titan Augmentation System, offering significant improvements to equipment. The system enhances equipment stats and adds new affixes, increasing their applicability. To access augmentation, Wanderers must reach level 80 and have 5-star equipment. Augmentation requires materials such as Core Control Modules, Augmentation Factors, and gold.
Augmentation boosts base stats and significantly increases four random stats, with further improvements possible in subsequent augmentations. Two extra augmentation stats are also added, previewed on-screen. Augmenting equipment progressively increases stat values, though there is a chance for decreases. Future versions may include a locking function for affixes.
By augmenting gear multiple times, Wanderers increase the chance of transforming it into Titan Equipment, visually appealing gear with an extra rare stat affix. Handguards and Reactors can receive various rare stat affixes, such as Lifesteal, HP Recovery, Block, and more.
The system also offers transfer and recycling functions. The Transfer function carries over augmentation count to new equipment, boosting its stats. Recycling allows the return of 50% of consumed materials. Resource output can be obtained from Crystal Dust Store, Bygone Phantasm, Sequential Phantasm, Void Abyss, Origin of War, Home Vendor, and Tower of Fantasy events.
With the Titan Augmentation System, equipment stats can be greatly improved, while new stats provide enhanced customization options.
