ESO Dialogue Hints at Return to Morrowind in Next Expansion

The Elder Scrolls Online players have been eagerly awaiting news of the next expansion, and it looks like we may finally have some clues!

Yesterday ESO YouTuber Hack the Minotaur shared a video with a secret dialogue option with the NPC Mel Adrys during the Dark Heart of Skyrim event.

The secret conversation with Mel Adrys is only available if you’ve completed his questline Gold Coast. The conversation goes as follows;

Mel Adrys: “Zalar-do… ahh yes. The vampire lord in Hrota Cave. After I cleansed my blade, I returned home to the ashlands of Morrowind. My father passed away, joining our ancestors in our ancestral crypt. It was a long journey, escorting him to Necrom”

Player: “I’m sorry to hear that.”

Mel Adrys: “Hold your sympathies. Do I seem as though I had a happy childhood? My father was a tyrant. His passing meant little to me, beyond a tiresome task and a long journey through the lands of the Telvanni”

The Telvanni Peninsula also gets mentioned by Lady Clarisse Laurent at the end of the High Isle Main Quest. The Telvanni Peninsula and Telvanni Isles are a part of Morrowind, but are not yet a part of ESO. The location can be seen on the map below.

Telvanni is a large part of eastern Morrowind.

Necrom aka the City of the Dead, is a city within Morrowind where Morrowind’s inhabitants bring their dead to be buried.

See the full video from Hack the Minotaur below for some more information on the areas and clues.

We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
