The login and account issues continue for Jagex and Runescape this week. Last week the issues caused a rollback and some players were left unable to access their accounts.
Jagex has taken the issues very seriously while updating the players on the progress. In a live steam Jagex CEO Phil Mansell apologized to the affected players and said that this was the first time in 20 years they’ve had an issue like this that they couldn’t fix in a few hours.
The issue is now resolved but players who have been able to log back into the game after being affected are reporting a loss of levels and items.
