Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen Newsletter Reveals Accelerated Progress and Content Creator Program
Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen has just released its latest newsletter, the April Producer’s Letter. The letter brings good news for fans eagerly anticipating the game’s release, as the production appears to be picking up speed and moving forward at an unprecedented pace.
According to the newsletter, the Pantheon team has been internally making progress, and the boxes are getting ticked as new updates come in daily. Additionally, the team has tweaked its project plan to optimize resources and identify areas that need attention.
To facilitate the process, Pantheon has opened up its Content Creator program, which started this month with streams from Bazgrim, Cohh Carnage, Nathan Napalm, and Pantheon Plus. The program aims to select more streamers for May’s 24-hour Pre-Alpha session, starting on May 13th.
However, despite the progress, there is still a long way to go before the game reaches its Alpha phase, and much of the work ahead lies in world-building and art. The team is looking to bring on more talent, and the newsletter encourages fans to consider pledging to help recruit more people for the team and reach the Alpha goals sooner.
The newsletter also offers a recap of the April Pre-Alpha session, where the team ordered two ad-hoc sessions to work through some performance issues. These were successful, and the testers managed to get into test sessions with little notice. In addition, players managed to take on the fierce and lovable Fuzzruckus, which took a solid 35+ minutes to take down.
Finally, the Pantheon team recently launched its Streamer Program, and the newsletter highlights a fantastic group of content creators, including CohhCarnage, Nathan Napalm, Bazgrim, Therek, Draq, and Desryn. They all took to Terminus for some organic gameplay, smacking around some mobs and exploring the world of Pantheon.
