Albion Online Launches Dedicated Server for Asia-Pacific Region in March 2023

Albion Online, the popular sandbox MMORPG, is expanding its reach to the Asia-Pacific region with the launch of a dedicated server set to debut in March 2023. The new server will offer players in the region greatly improved connection speeds and ping, as well as adjusted times for game and server events such as maintenance, territory resets, and the Crystal League schedule.

This new server will be fully separate and independent from the existing “Albion West” server, allowing players in the Asia-Pacific region to experience a fresh start in a new and untouched version of the game. Players will begin as equals and will have the opportunity to claim their own piece of the game world.

In addition, on January 24th at 19:00 UTC, a live Q&A session with Game Director Robin Henkys will be held on AlbionTV, where players can learn more about the new server and its development, as well as ask their own questions.

While the game will remain free to play on both servers, players can purchase Founder Packs to gain early access to the Albion East server, full access to the closed beta in February, protection for existing character and guild names, and numerous valuable in-game items including Gold, Premium, and exclusive limited-time Founder Vanity items. These packs are available for purchase on the dedicated Albion East landing page, along with more information about servers, characters, and accounts.

This expansion to the Asia-Pacific region is an exciting step forward for the game, opening up new opportunities for players in the region to experience the world of Albion Online. Be sure to check out the dedicated landing page and tune in to the live Q&A session for more information and to secure your spot in the closed beta and early access.
