Dark Age of Camelot Turns 20

Dark Age of Camelot Turns 20

DAoC has joined Ultima Online, Everquest, and a few other MMO classics who are now in their 20s. DAoC was released on October 9th, 2021, and was among the first titles to challenge Everquest in the MMORPG genre. As it was more PvP focused than other MMOs at the time, it quickly gained a following and still has plenty of fans today. Many of which are now awaiting the spiritual successor to DAoC, Camelot Unchained.

Anniversary bonuses are already in effect giving players a 100% bonus to RPs gained from RvR kills and a 100% bonus to normal XP gain in all classic zones and dungeons, along with crafting bonuses in cities and housing zones.

More info on the celebrations is coming as well.

Anniversaries are always a time of celebration and this month Dark Age of Camelot celebrates our 20th anniversary! Look for notices throughout the month, and especially around the 10th, for news and details of how we’re celebrating this amazing milestone 🙂
