The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) is commemorating its tenth year since launch with a celebration that extends over 15 months, encompassing reveals, retrospectives, rewards, and more. The event commenced with a gathering in Amsterdam and is planned to continue through June 2025, engaging players with a variety of activities both online and at in-person events globally.

The kickoff event in Amsterdam is the first in a series of global celebrations, designed to bring the ESO community together. The festivities include livestreams, special promotions, and various in-person events around the world, aiming to celebrate the game’s journey over the past decade and its community.

Among the scheduled events are the Elfia fantasy cosplay festival in the Netherlands and the ESO Tavern in Germany, each offering unique experiences for attendees. These events will feature interactions with the development team, community activities, and previews of new game content.

A collaboration with Alienware introduces a Steam community event, offering players a chance to unlock exclusive in-game rewards. Additionally, an April promotion is hinted at, suggesting activities tailored to players interested in the game’s stealth and thievery aspects.

ESO has expanded to include support for NVIDIA GeForce NOW, allowing players to stream the game to various devices. This move is part of the game’s efforts to become more accessible to a wider audience, providing options for players to experience the game on under-powered laptops and other devices not traditionally suited for gaming.
