Last week Amazon Game Studios went ahead and released “Into the Void” onto New World which was already brimming with bugs. The content update introduced even more bugs to the game, but those have now been fixed.
The update ended up deleting Horticulture harvesting gear and granted players huge amounts of coin which forced the dev team to yet again take down the trading post in an attempt to fix New World’s economy which has taken hit after hit since release.
Patch 1.1.1 has now fixed those and a couple of other issues. The patch has also laid the technical groundwork for future server merges, which should arrive sooner rather then later as the game’s population still seems to be in free fall.
