It looks like Jagex isn’t resuming updates for RuneScape just yet, as they continue to focus on restoring accounts.
Account Integrity Beta is underway but “Major content releases, like Rex Matriarch, have been postponed until further notice.”
Game Update 29 is scheduled for March 29th which brings with it the “Easter event and the Pi-Mas combat improvements”
