New World has announced the release of Update 1.9.2, bringing several exciting changes to the game. The update introduces the Springtide Bloom event, allowing players to unravel the mysteries of the ethereal Wispybloom and collect event-specific rewards from April 26 through May 23.
In other New World news, the Highwaymen Store Showcase offers a fresh collection of cosmetics, weapon skins, camp skins, emotes, and consumable dye packs.
Additionally, the Forged in Aeternum update features a community Q&A session discussing various topics, including solo Expeditions, the Sandworm Elite Trial, the Indigo Flame Twitch Drop, and the New World simulation theory.
Update 1.9.2 brings several changes to the game, including World Experience, AI, Combat, Armor, Economy, Progression, and Gear adjustments. The update also fixes numerous issues and provides improvements to UI, UX, and social aspects of the game.
The Highwaymen Showcase, available until May 23, offers various armor skins, weapon skins, camp skins, and emotes. Players can purchase these items individually or as part of a bundle in exchange for Marks of Fortune. Moreover, consumable dye packs are available for customizing armor aesthetics.
The Forged in Aeternum update features a Q&A session with Game Director Scot Lane and Live Lead Katy Kaszynski, covering topics such as solo Expeditions, the Sandworm Elite Trial, the Indigo Flame Twitch Drop, and the New World simulation theory. Creative Director David Verfaillie also addresses community questions, including the 25 Expedition cap and the possibility of mini-games in Bars/Pubs.
